XTrack - full control of vehicles and machines
XTrack system is a comprehensive tool supporting control, billing and fleet management of vehicles / machines and workers in the enterprise. Among the software modules we can distinguish dispatching module, software for planning and optimizing routes, billing system and exploitation module.
GPS monitoring and fuel control
In a fast and convenient way user has an access to the data in real time. He has information on current and archival location of monitored objects, speed and direction, stoppage times, the type of work performed and the current state of fuel in the tanks. Data are visualized on a digital map of Europe and in the form of tables. Reports and statements can be exported to user-defined templates. It is an extremely flexible tool with which reports can be obtained by any means - including charts, pivot tables, any summaries or conditional formatting.
Planning and optimizing routes, own layers
XTrack system uses the most accurate digital maps available with detailed maps of all cities in Poland, road limits - carrying capacity of roads and flyovers, and information about one-way streets. OptiTrax optimization module sets the best route and also optimizes the order of the tasks performed. Maps can be expanded of own layers - the user can add his own objects of infrastructure - such as mines, gravel pits, construction site, buildings in seat, and others. Data can be imported from several sources, both digital and "paper".

OptiTrax dispatcher module
Dispatchers work has a huge influence on the efficiency of transport tasks. Dedicated optional OptiTrax logistics management is an excellent tool for supporting these key actions for the company. The software presents data on orders, loads and jobs to do with the locations of vehicles and machines on the digital map. This allows the synchronization of vehicles and machines work. In the case of excavations and construction it is crucial for the effectiveness of the work performed. Installation of XTrack terminal in vehicles simplifies communication between the dispatcher and the drivers / operators. Assignment of tasks in the dispatcher module result in sending it immediately to the appropriate XTrack terminal. Driver / operator has the ability to change the status of each order, in particular the confirmation of its execution.
Repetitive / cyclic routes planning
OptiTrax contains a module for planning schedules for cyclic orders. This is ideal for municipal and construction companies. An employee planning cyclical route have on his disposal a map that allows to illustrate the tasks of all employees subordinate to him with a description of the cycle (day, frequency, completion time, etc.). Label, shape, colour or size of points describing the location can be made dependent on parameters such as: type of order / product, statistical parameters (e.g., average number of delivered goods, customer turnover, etc.), name or type of client, frequency per day of delivery. Time, distance, and the aggregate amount of goods which will be carried is calculated for each route.
Verification of routes, the statement of work crews, fleet management
XTrack GPS module for monitoring and OptiTrax planning module allow the automatic verification of the tasks performed. The result of the verification is discrepancies report presenting the user a list of delays, unfinished tasks, unauthorized events (e.g., opening of the cargo area or long stay beyond the location of the fulfilling orders). In this way, each order will be verified, and you no longer need to perform tedious comparison of paper documentation of the GPS tracks.
Implementation of XTrack solutions
Modular structure of the system allows XTrack independently implement the various elements. The software is designed to integrate with any software, including Financial / Accounting, ERP, billing, SFA (mobile trader) or FFA (mobile service technician). Integrated solution immediately and automatically transmit information about accepted orders and the tasks of the ERP system to XTrack - where the optimal allocation of tasks to vehicles / drivers as well as verification of their fulfilment based on GPS data is made. Information about the tasks are then sent to other systems – where they are accounted, used by the payroll system and warehouse personnel. We co-operate with leading suppliers of IT systems to offer customers a consistent and fully integrated enterprise management system.
