Full control over fuel management:

  • Controlling fuel consumption of individual vehicles in the company's fleet;
  • Controlling and recording the amount of fuel refuelled;
  • Detection of fuel theft by means of:
  • Monitoring fuel level in a tank;
  • Comparative analysis of reports from petrol stations (amount of fuel refuelled) with the amounts which were actually tanked up;
  • Controlling stations at which vehicles are refuelled (for companies which does not have own petrol stations and use external stations, it eliminates the possibility of refuelling at unauthorized petrol stations e.g. fuel oils);
  • Possibility of setting fuel consumption standards for:
  • work accounted on the basis of kilometres of hours;
  • Individual work modes: running, stoppage with engine on, stoppage with in-built devices operating.

Control of the way of individual vehicles and in-built devices are used:

  • Controlling the number of kilometres covered by vehicles;
  • Controlling operating time of individual devices for the purposes of periodical inspections which enables less frequent servicing of individual parts e.g. pumps and compressor in  gully emptiers and therefore significant reduction of costs.
  • Application of appropriate set of sensors which makes it possible to:
  • Detect cases of misuse or identify the cause of possible failure e.g.:
  • overloading remote control hydraulic cylinders,
  • misusing devices (dry-running of a pump),
  • devices operating in improper conditions (e.g. use of brine in a sanding vehicle in very low temperature),
  • Detect possible operating errors - repeated attempts to set the plough despite it being in its final position (possibility of overheating the feed system),
  • Inform about exact time, place and possible cause of failure as well as about the person who was using the vehicle at the time.
  • Alarm functions in vehicle -the device can inform operators by means of a sound or visual signal about danger. In special cases, it is possible to disconnect individual functions.
  • Alarm functions for dispatcher - reading data from a pendant always takes place immediately after given driver finishes his work with a given vehicle. Owing to this the XTrack system can state the actual state of the vehicle after the work is done and if necessary it can warn the driver and appropriate workers in the company about any irregularities. In particular, it can concern liquids left in the tank (e.g. brine in sanding vehicle or water in sewage vehicle),  main switch or other electric systems switched on, plough up and other.

Control of work output of individual drivers, teams, crews, etc.:

  • Monitoring places wt which work was performed;
  • Controlling time necessary to perform given task;
  • Accounting workers for the work they perform during their working day;
  • Accounting individual teams for the tasks they perform;
  • Analysing work output of individual teams (e.g. how long it takes them to dispose waste form a given estate, or disposal of liquid waste, etc.);
  • Keeping records of workers' working time (RCP);
  • Detailed calculation of company's operating costs for internal purposes:
  • calculating costs and profitability of actions taken by individual teams, sections and departments;
  • calculating costs and profitability of providing services for individual districts, estates, cities, etc. (especially useful when e.g. calculating prices for tender purposes).

Simplified way of settling accounts with clients, contractors:

  • Use of additional elements such as measuring systems (of weight or flow, etc.) and identification systems (bins, containers) provide fully automatic exportation of data concerning performed work to the financial and accounting system;
  • Possibility of presenting the client / contractor with documents testifying that the work was performed and that it was performed honestly (in the right place, time and with the right equipment).
