Dispatch module
The XTrack Dispatch Module provides a flexible but simple interface for viewing and managing the workload of field personnel. Thanks to our tracking devices Dispatcher have all relevant information e.g. vehicle status / location, actual speed, drivers name (RFID), messages sent by driver and other data in real time. All data can be visualised on a digital map of Europe. Dispatcher can view all tracked vehicles or machines according to locations or events.
Screenshot below presents XTrack Dispatch module – on left side there is actual information about vehicles (location, speed, time of last update) right side of window – map with actual vehicle location (arrows are for vehicles on the move, grey car icons are stopped vehicles), and custom locations like warehouses, working areas, wholesalers or customers. Custom locations (Landmarks) can be imported from other software databases (like Payroll software), MS Excel spreadsheets or even paper sources. Table under map contains collected data, which can be sorted by date, location, type of event, speed or time of stoppage.
