Application of XTrack Flota

XTrack is a system which supports management of the fleet of vehicles or machines irrespective of their kind, the way they are used, size of the company or its organizational structure. The system takes advantage of among others: the GPS technology which enables full supervision over the vehicles and workers, i.e. up-to-date control of vehicle location, accounting for the driving or stoppage times, the distance covered, or effectiveness in fulfilling the assigned tasks.

Basic aim of implementation of the monitoring system in a company is the broadly understood control over functioning of the fleet and workers the optimising of which will contribute to cost reduction, increased company productivity as well as quality of the services. 

Unique flexibility of the XTrack system allows us to fully adjust configuration to individual client needs.

Implementation of the system enables management on four basic levels: 

  • Current control – the user can quickly and easily gain access to real-time data. Information about current position of the monitored object (specifying the city and street), current state of, among others: driving time, stoppages, content of the report sent by the driver from the vehicle, operating of devices typical of a given kind of vehicle, duration of individual events, or information about the person who is currently driving the vehicle. All current information is also visualized on a detailed map specifying direction in which a given vehicle is going.

 

  • Data analysis and reporting – all data concerning operating of a vehicle is recorded by devices installed in the vehicle and when transmitted to the working station with the XTrack software installed where they are archived. Owing to this, it is possible for the owner to work out different kinds of analysis and create reports. Kinds of reports, or the data subject to analysis are always adjusted to the needs and expectations of the clients.  
  • Management – regular access to current and archival data makes it possible to support management in the scope of administering and planning assignments for given vehicles, or assigning tasks to particular workers. 
  • Accounting – accounting system available as a system option is a complex solution enabling keeping extended, electronic documentation concerning use of the fleet in the company i.e. vehicles and equipment's records, waybills, reports for invoicing purposes, etc.
