XTrack system is a comprehensive tool supporting control, billing, fleet management of vehicles / machines and workers in the agricultural companies. GPS monitoring and fuel control
In a fast and convenient way user has an access to the data in real time. XTrack system uses the most accurate digital maps available with detailed maps of all cities in Poland, road limits - carrying capacity of roads and flyovers, and information about one-way streets. In the agricultural sector it is particularly important to visualize the fields and infrastructure on the map. XTrack system can import your own map data - such as crop management program and infrastructure facilities.
This allows the user to add his fields, silos, warehouses, hardware depots, buildings and other important locations and objects. Data can be imported from digital and paper sources.
OptiTrax dispatcher module
Dispatchers work has a huge influence on the efficiency of logistics in agriculture transportation. Dedicated optional transportation management OptiTrax is an excellent tool for supporting these key actions for the company. The software presents data on orders, loads and jobs to do with the locations of vehicles and machines on the digital map - with the infrastructure components and fields. This allows the synchronization of vehicles and machines work and allows you to effectively perform all logistical tasks, such as carrying crops from the fields during harvest, synchronization of water and chemicals to the sprayer, transport, agricultural machines, etc. It is worth noting that the OptiTrax module sets optimal route and automatically optimizes the sequence of orders to perform which additionally provides lowering costs. Installation of XTrack terminal in vehicles simplifies communication between the dispatcher and the drivers / operators. Assignment of tasks in the dispatcher module result in sending it immediately to the appropriate XTrack terminal. Driver / operator has the ability to change the status of each order, in particular the confirmation of its execution.
Verification of routes, the statement of work crews, fleet management
XTrack GPS module for monitoring and OptiTrax planning module allow the automatic verification of the tasks performed. The result of the verification is discrepancies report presenting the user a list of delays, unfinished tasks, unauthorized events (e.g., unloading in the wrong place, or work outside the cultivated area). In this way, each order will be verified, and you no longer need to perform tedious comparison of paper documentation of the GPS tracks.
Implementation of XTrack solutions
